At Safias, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably, both within Pakistan and worldwide. Please review our shipping policy for details on timelines, charges, and important conditions.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3–4 business days across Pakistan. Free of charge.
• Fast Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day in Lahore and vicinity with an additional charge of Rs. 400 (non-refundable).
• Nationwide Express Shipping: Delivery within 2 business days across major cities with courier partners.

3. International Shipping

• All international orders are shipped from Pakistan.
• Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days (subject to customs clearance and courier availability).
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight and destination country.
• Important: International customers cannot cancel or change their shipping address once the order has been dispatched.
• Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes would be paid by customer

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with your tracking number. You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Delays

We strive to meet the promised delivery timelines. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen conditions such as customs processing, weather disruptions, courier issues, or peak seasonal demand. Safias cannot be held responsible for such delays but will assist you with updates whenever possible.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. Safias is not liable for delayed or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Non-Refundable Charges

The Rs. 400 fast shipping fee for 1-day delivery within Lahore is non-refundable under all circumstances, including order cancellations and returns.
